Zero infill PRO

Certified company

Zero Infill is an innovative artificial turf system that, thanks to its unique structure composed of combined monofilament and textured yarn, requires no infill while delivering excellent playing performance.

The turf is available in two versions:

  • Base: featuring an “S” shaped monofilament, 305 microns thick, 12,000 Dtex, and 21,000 stitches/m².
  • PRO: featuring a “Diamond” shaped monofilament, 345 microns thick, 13,500 Dtex, and 26,300 stitches/m².

Both versions are made from next-generation polyethylene, abrasion-resistant and designed to ensure resilience and durability. The fibers, available in different shades of green, maintain a natural appearance and reduce light refraction, enhancing visibility even under intense lighting conditions.

The combination of straight and textured fibers ensures stability, controlled ball bounce, and fiber uprightness. Additionally, it provides effective shock absorption thanks to the dense textured structure supporting the entire system.

Drainage is guaranteed by regularly distributed perforations on the backing, allowing rapid rainwater runoff beneath the turf.
